Lightstones are needed in the game to dispel the darkness in the Obelisks and to gain gifts from the spirits. As players progress, there will be more Lightstones to find and puzzle difficulty will increase. The Landing introduces basic puzzle mechanics to retrieve the Lightstones from their traps.
